VIDOR — Vidor Chamber of Commerce helped welcome Frescas Mx to the city with a ribbon cutting this week.
Frescas Mx, located at 105 Sargent St., offers authentic Mexican beverages, desserts and tacos.
The owner is Virginia Villanueva.
The business is located in the silver trailer next to Jimmy Nick’s.
