Orange Church of God-Embassy of Grace located at 1911 North 16^th Street in Orange is giving back to the community at 3 p.m. Saturday.

As people are still struggling from job loss and an uncertain future, Church of God is striving to make the situation a little easier with a Food Giveaway.

“We have 200 boxes of food and 100 one-gallon of milk,” Pastor Demetrius Moffett said.

Each car will receive one box of food.

Moffett added there are no qualifications to receive a box.

The boxes include items such as pinto beans, onions, oranges, carrots, potatoes and other dry goods.

For those not able to attend Saturday’s event and in need of food need to contact the church by Thursday evening to be put on a list for delivery.

“We have to know prior to Friday morning,” Moffett said.
