Randall “Flipper” Doolittle of Flipper’s Skin Flix Tattoo in Bridge City works on his first tattoo in weeks on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. Flipper, along with other artists, were excited to be able to return to work after closing due to COVID-19 regulations in March. With new guidelines to follow, the shop is adhering to the new restrictions as it reopens the door. New restrictions include answering questions concerning possible exposure to COVID-19, sanitizing your hands upon entry, wearing a mask while in the building and having your temperature taken. Artists also have new guidelines to follow.
