City of Pinehurst Mayor Dan Mohon confirmed City Administrator Robbie Hood has turned in a letter of resignation late Monday.

Hood has accepted a position with the city of Vidor as City Manager.

Pinehurst City Council will hold a meeting later this week to accept Hood’s letter of resignation and possibly name an interim.
