Orange County Commissioners Court held an emergency notice meeting on Monday at the Orange County Convention and Expo Center to discuss disaster pay for county employees. After meeting in closed session for approximately 40 minutes, the court approved disaster pay for employees due to Public Health Emergency from the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. The pay is in effect until discontinued by the county judge or Pro Tem Judge.
