The National Weather Service will be monitoring for the potential of severe weather across the area Tuesday night and Wednesday. The threat will be marginal (5%) north of the I10 corridor Tuesday night. A slight risk (15%) is forecasted for much of the area on Wednesday.
1-3 inches of rain is forecasted during that time and this could lead to localized flooding.
Also, areas of dense sea fog are forecasted to develop over the bays and nearshore waters tonight, The fog is expected to persist through much of Tuesday.
