Parenting Class

Wells of Agape is holding a Parenting Class from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, January 25, at Family Worship Center located at 2300 41st Street (Old Bancroft School) in Orange, Texas. Lunch is provided. Requirement to receive a Certificate of Completion is $40 per person, cash only. One must attend from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. to receive the certificate. Sabine River Derby#1

The first derby of the 2020 season kicks off on the Sabine River at the Orange Texas Boat launch. Blastoff is at sage light and weigh in is at 3 p.m. It is $40 per angled entry and $60 yearly club dues.

OCRP Town Hall/Candidates Forum

There will be a OCRP Town Hall/Candidates Forum Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at Vidor Elementary School at 400 Old TX-90 in Vidor.

Golden K Kiwanis meeting

Golden K Kiwanis meets every Wed. from 9:45-10:45 a.m. in the meeting room of the Salvation Army Building, corner of MLK and Strickland, across from the Shell and fire station.  The public is welcome to attend, and coffee is always served. Orange County Commissioner Kirk Roccaforte, former longtime Bridge City mayor, will update Golden K Kiwanis on the happenings with the Orange County Commission.
