Man arrested for driving without a license

What started as a traffic stop for speeding turned into an arrest for one man on Thursday morning.
A 2004 black Buick with temporary tags was stooped for traveling at 41 miles an hour in a 30 mile per hour zone at the 900 block of 10th Street in Orange.
The man identified himself as Brian Johnson, according to a police report from the Orange Police Department.
Dispatch was unable to find a driver’s license with his name but was able to confirm he had a Texas Identification Card and four possible warrants.
The officer gave Johnson multiple commands to step out of the vehicle because he was being placed into custody.
Johnson refused and stated he would not get out of the car and would not go to jail.
The officer pulled him out of the vehicle at which time, Johnson refused o place both hands behind his back.
The officer did get the man into hand restraints and into the back of the patrol vehicle.
Johnson was charged with driving without a driver’s license.
The warrants were not able to be confirmed
