PRESS RELEASE — The National Weather Service in Lake Charles is showing our region having a small threat for small hail this afternoon in southeast Texas and western Louisiana. The hail threat will return on Tuesday for the entire region, and could linger into the evening hours. Some of the hail could approach severe limits on Tuesday, which is one inch in diameter.
