Vidor superintendent releases statement on threatening graffiti

A picture of graffiti found in a bathroom at a Vidor school raised concerns with parents for the safety of their children.
Visor Superintendent Dr. Jay Killgo, Ed D released this statement concerning the issue:
“This morning, Vidor High School administrators were notified of threatening graffiti on a bathroom door. Campus police were immediately notified of the issue and began an investigation. Vidor ISD takes this issue seriously, but also realizes that we cannot stop education based on any perceived problem. We will continue to investigate the problem and maintain the safe, structured learning environment that our students need. Dr. Jay Killgo, Ed D”
