 West Orange – Cove CISD is currently conducting on-line registration for all current students. The primary parent/guardian of every enrolled student must complete this process prior to the start of school. We encourage completion of this process by Friday, Aug. 10.

On-line registration is accessible through the Family Access Parent Portal located on the district website: www.woccisd.net. In order to begin the process, parents must have a Family Access account. Family Access forms are also downloadable on our website.

North Early Learning Center

North Early Learning Center invites parents of all students to visit the campus and rotate through School Readiness Transition Stations prior to the start of the 2018-2019 school year. Stations will be open:

• Tuesday, Aug. 21, 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• Wednesday, Aug. 22, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Friday, Aug. 24, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The six stations include Family Access, Medical Forms, Lunch Forms and more. Completion of all stations is required for Transportation Tag Pick-up. Campus hours on Friday, Aug. 24 have been extended until 5:30 p.m. to allow parents additional after-school time to attend the Transition Stations.

Additionally, North will have an opportunity for students and parents to meet teachers. A “Sneak-a-Peek” will be held Friday, Aug. 24 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

West Orange – Stark Elementary

New student registration for elementary students will be conducted on Friday, Aug. 17 from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

The WOS Elementary School computer lab will be also be open Friday, Aug. 17 to parents who would like technical support in the use of the Family Access Parent Portal.

WOS Elementary will hold a “Meet the Teacher” event for all grade levels on Tuesday, Aug. 21 from 5 – 7 p.m.

West Orange – Stark Middle

WOS Middle School will conduct new student enrollment Monday, Aug. 13 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The campus will also provide Family Access computer support on Tuesday, Aug. 14 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

WOS Middle School “Meet the Teacher” will be held Thursday, Aug. 23 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

West Orange – Stark High

New student enrollment at WO-S High School has started. New students should report to the Counselors Office to complete the registration process.

2018-2019 High School students may pick up their schedules on the following dates:

• Freshmen – Monday, Aug. 20, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., Main Cafeteria
• Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors – Tuesday, Aug. 21, 9 – 11 a.m., Main Cafeteria

Additionally, High School families who need assistance with Family Access may begin the support process with the WOS High School Counselors Office.

Back to School Vaccination Clinic

Students who are in need of one or more vaccinations to meet school health requirements are invited to attend a Mobile Vaccination Clinic on Friday, Aug. 17 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at WOS Elementary School’s nurse’s office. Children that have traditional Medicaid or CHIP coverage can receive vaccinations free with a current card. Otherwise, the cost is as follows:

• $14 for one vaccination
• $24 for two vaccinations
• $34 for three vaccinations

The clinic is open to students of all grade levels.

West Orange – Cove CISD

All West Orange – Cove schools will begin classes on Monday, Aug. 27.
