The Jasper Bulldogs, after nabbing an exciting Class 4A Region III Final against Salado over the weekend, will be heading to the Class 4A State Baseball Tournament this week.

The Bulldogs (33-7-1), led by former West Orange-Stark coach Stephen Westbrook, will take on defending 4A state champion Argyle at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Disch-Falk Field at the University of Texas in one semifinal. The other semifinal will pit (Godley (30-2) vs. Sweeny (34-5) at 4 p.m.
