Inspirationally inspired float designed, built and decorated by Silver Oaks Baptist Church was awarded first place after the Mauriceville Crawfish Festival’s “Earth Day” parade Saturday morning. The parade, which included a variety of floats, classic cars and the LC-M band, traveled down Hwy. 12, turned onto State Hwy. 62 and ended at Mauriceville Elementary School.
