DuPont Sabine River Works named Corporation of the Year by GTMBC

On December 8, 2016, DuPont Sabine River Works was honored by the Golden Triangle Minority Business Council (GTMBC) Inc. Board of Directors as their 2016 Corporation of the Year. “This award recognizes your Company’s commitment to the Council since its inception and for your outstanding leadership at our Annual Golf Classic Tournament. We are all about Diversity and Inclusion and DuPont Sabine River Works exemplifies these incredible values” says Council President Beverly Hatcher.
The site award was accepted by Janet Schepcoff, SRW Plant Manager and Perry Nelms, Site Contract Administrator. Mr. Nelms was also given special recognition for his extraordinary work as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and for his leadership in the Annual Golf Classic Tournament.
For over 26 years, DuPont and the GTMBC have partnered together to support ethnic minority and women owned small businesses, promoting education, training and development.
