Driving down Green Avenue today, I was totally astounded at the painting of the Train Depot and the Capistrano. Look over one shoulder, you see the Depot is being painted up like a taco stand on the east side of Houston. Look across the street, and the Capistrano is painted like the Dungeon of Death. Who is picking out these gaudy colors. Maybe the City Council should have to approve color selection?
