ORANGEFIELD — The Hamshire-Fannett Lady Longhorns edged out the Orangefield Lady Bobcats 26-24, 25-16, 22-25, 18-25, 15-7 in district action at Bobcat Gym Tuesday night.

ıailee Click posted 15 kills, two blocks and two aces for the Lady Bobcats (1-1 in district).

Evie Arceneaux put together nine kills and 20 digs. Shelby Perales had eight kills and an ace. Ashlyn Turley contributed 30 assists, four kills, three digs and three blocks.

Anna VanPelt posted 23 digs, two kills and two aces. Jessica Metts had two kills and five blocks. Fiath Fregia collected 25 digs while Devany Crain had 13 and Taylor Decker added 10.

The Lady Bobcats traveled to Silsbee last night.

The Bridge City Lady Cardinals (0-2 in district) lost in straight sets to Silsbee at home Tuesday night and traveled to LC-M last night.

The Evadale Lady Rebels toppled the Deweyville Lady Pirates 25-21, 28-30, 25-23, 25-18 Tuesday night in district action.

The Lady Pirates (19-11, 1-1) were led by Kennidee Willis’ 21 assists and Gabby Dupuy’s 18 digs.

Grace Nicholson collected eight kills while Madyson Berry contributed 15 assists.
