Emma Brown, 2, picks out a new toy. Riverfront Pavilion was the site for the inaugural Christ for Life festival founded by Sandy Wigley and featured evangelist and recording artist Billy Dorsey. With help from volunteers through various businesses, churches and organizations from in and around Orange County, Saturday’s festivities brought spiritual fun and devotion through song and testimony.
