PRESS RELEASE — Preliminary autopsy results have revealed that the body found yesterday in southern Newton County is the body of Jason Atchley who had been reported missing a week ago on April 15th.

The body was found in a wooded area off of Old Hwy 87 just north of the Orange County line.

The investigation will continue to determine the actual cause of death.
