A promise is something one is taught at a young age should never be broken.
In Pursuit of the Promise written by Madeline Carla Kirksey, former Orange resident, explains how God has not broken his promises to those who have faith.
Kirksey explains from her experiences and interpretations of verses how she is discovered the path one must take in order to be rewarded with the promise from God.
The book also helps identify the promise.
The purpose of the book is to guide one towards their personal journey towards life’s purpose.
As one travels through the book, one becomes more encouraged to take steps towards motivation of pursuing the promise.
In Pursuit of the Promise is 48 pages, published by Promises of God Publishing, Houston, Texas in 2010.
The books is recommended to those who may feel their faith is faltering or those just discovering their faith. It can be used as an educational tool as part of a study guide with the Bible.
