VIDOR — Vidor Rotary Club members President Sally Andrews, Misty Songe, and President Elect Tim Andrews received Paul Harris Fellows from District 5910 Governor Brenda Walker on Monday, Jan. 14. The Paul Harris Fellow award is an honor bestowed on Rotarians who have made a contribution of $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation. The Foundation provides grant to local clubs, water wells in indigent countries and supports such programs as Rotary Ambassadorial Scholars. By contributing to the Rotary Foundation, Rotarians insure that humanitarian projects are carried on throughout the word. Members can also earn the Paul Harris through the accumulation of club points.
