BEAUMONT —

“We are truly excited to bring the work of so many stellar artists to Lamar and the Southeast Texas community,” said Megan Young, director of the Dishman and assistant professor of art. “The show will provide an excellent opportunity to see what is currently happening in the world of contemporary printmaking.”
Artists in the exhibition include Neal Cox, James Elhers, Yuji Hiratsuka, Leslie Koptcho, Michael Kreuger and others. This exhibition is curated by Young and Xenia Fedorchenko, associate professor of art.
Light refreshments will be served at the reception from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 17. Admission to the reception and the exhibition is free.
The Dishman Art Museum, located at 1030 E. Lavaca in Beaumont, follows the Lamar University schedule. Normal Dishman hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
