Sacred Heart-St. Mary Parish in Port Arthur will hold a Church Bazaar from noon - 10 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 20, on the parish grounds. Items for sell include turkey legs, hot dogs, nachos, boudain, links, gumbo, sweets and more. Activities include dancing, games for youth, and a raffle featuring many a variety of prizes. Somebody Else’s Husband
“Somebody Else’s Husband” is an exciting new gospel stage play and will be presented at 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 20 in the Carl Godwin Auditorium, 2020 Western Avenue, and is sponsored by the First Church of God in Orange. Calvary’s Purchase clothing ministry, located at 8257 State Hwy 87 N. in Orange, is open from 9 a.m. - noon, every Thursday. The clothes are free and in good condition and are available for whomever needs them.
Emma Wallace Lambs
