ORANGEFIELD — Orangefield Superintendent Stephen Patterson along with other members of the Bridge City/Orangefield Rotary Club have been busy passing out water safety books to elementary schools. The books help teach students the importance of having an adult around when getting in the water and also introduce the students to Josh the Otter.
