VIDOR — The Vidor Chamber of Commerce held its first “monthly luncheon” of 2013 this past week which featured guest speaker, Dr. Jay Killgo, Superintendent of Schools for the Vidor Independent School District. Killgo spoke about public education in Texas. The meeting was hosted by Vidor ISD and was held at the Lakewood Estates meeting room on South Street in Vidor.
