Katie Mae Broussard Tims, 79, of Vinton, LA, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2012.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 11, 2012, at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, with interment at Magnolia Cemetery, Orange, TX, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be on Saturday, from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m., at the church.
Katie's love and memories will forever remain in the hearts of her sons, Kenny L. Tims, Sr., John K. Tims, and Joseph E. Tims, Jr. (Cherry); daughters, Irene Walker (Eugene), Mary Ann Coleman (Holland), Beatrice Tims (Joseph), and Lillie Harrison (Joseph); sisters, Betty J. Curtis, Lillie Haynes (Warren), Claudette Anderson (Nolan), and Deborah Minnard (Melvin); brothers, Freddy Broussard (Ola), Henry Broussard (Necie), J.W. Moore (Juanita), Jimmy Broussard, and Clarence Moore; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
