Funeral services for Hugh Frazier Smith, Jr., 66, of Evadale, will be 2:00 pm Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in R S Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Smith died November 27, 2012 after a long battle with Parkinsons disease.
He is survived by his wife of twelve years, Debbie Stringer Smith of Evadale; stepson Joshua Brenner and wife Teri of Liberty City; stepdaughter Jessica Richmond and husband Jeremy of Houston; sister Margaret Light of Orange; grandchildren Breana Bartholomew, Evan J and Jonah Alan Brenner, and Brooks Daniel and Levi James Richmond; cousin Robert Maxwell and wife Linda and their son Scott of Bethany Beach, DE.
The family wants to thank special friends Janice and Bob Sutton and the caring, loving staff at Oakwood Manor in Vidor.
