ORANGE —
Jansen Roy Lewis 45 of Orange, Texas died November 21, 2012 at University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas after a short illness.
Mr. Lewis resided in Orange, Texas for many years and was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Orange. He also was a 1984 graduate of West-Orange Stark High School.
Going home celebration will be Saturday at 3:00 pm at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church located at 1109 N. 2nd Street in Orange, Texas where Rev. Calvin C. Jones is Pastor. Rev. David McDonald will be giving the eulogy. Visitation will be at the church from 1:30 pm til time of service. Interment to follow at Hollywood Cemetery under the direction of Colonial Memorial Chapel.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his wife, Carletha White of Port Arthur, Texas. Four sons, Quincy Solomon, Jason Platt, Darrell Lewis and Jasmen Platt all of Orange, Texas. One sister, Robbie Daugherty Young of Houston, Texas.
He also leaves behind10 Grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
