Lacy Thompson became the bride of Kelley Winsor on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in a double ring ceremony with David Welch, cousin of the groom, officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Hammon & Glenda Thompson of Orange. Her Father escorted her down the aisle. The bridegroom is the son of Bill and Kathleen Winsor of Dallas. Cyndi Tindel, the bride’s Aunt, and David Welch, the groom’s Cousin, provided vocals.
Attending the bride as Maid of Honor was Amanda Bonura. Bridesmaids were Jana Ballard and Amber Sieler. Natalie Abergo was the flower girl while Hayden Winsor, nephew of the groom, carried the rings. Mark Winsor, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Wayne Kerns and Onofre Ruiz. Wes Thompson, brother of the bride and Derek Toone seated the guests. A beach side patio at Casa Magna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa was the site of the reception where 40 guests attended.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Little Cypress Mauriceville High and graduated from Lamar State College-Orange. She holds an A.A.S. degree in Business Management and an A.A.S. degree in Accounting. She is employed by Marine One Acceptance Corporation in Dallas.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Lake Hill Prepatory High and graduated Texas Tech University. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Marketing. He is a Real Estate Agent at Allie Beth Allman and Associates in Dallas.
Prenuptial courtesies included a Bridal shower in Orange given by Cyndi Tindel, Cynthia Thompson, Suzanne Mobley, Anita Bently, Kathy Green, Shari Fruge’, Patrice Bates, Susan Kazmar, and Virginia Decker. A Couples Shower in Dallas given by Mark and Monica Winsor and Bill and Kathleen Winsor. Following their honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple will live in Highland Park in Dallas.
