ORANGE — St. Mary Catholic School is proud of the VFW Area and District Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Denise Willingham. She is also an nominee for VFW State Teacher of the year. Mrs. Willingham teaches Math for 5th through 8th grades and 4th grade Religion. She is an awesome teacher and always willing to go the extra mile to help her students. If you pass by the school in the mornings, you can often see her outside unloading children while helping her students with their homework or to understand their class materials. Mrs. Willingham surrounded by her 8th grade students congratulating her for her new title.
