ORANGE —
Attorney John Morgan filed an amended petition, on Monday, naming the website owner and persons responsible for the payment of the website.
The owner, who lives with his parents in Orange, as well as his parents are being named in the class action lawsuit against, Texxxan.com, a ‘revenge porn’ website that allowed people to anonymously post nude photos along with personal information about women.
The parents have been named in the suit because records show the site was operated by Internet connections paid for by them according to a press release from the office of Morgan.
Morgan said in a previous interview that he was not just going after the owner of the website but all those involved, including the individuals that uploaded the pictures.
A friend of the website’s owner is also included in the amendment.
Two more underage girls have come forward providing information regarding their photos and the responsible parties which uploaded the pictures.
The ages of the website owner and friend have yet to be released. There is reason to believe they may both be under 18 as well.
