VIDOR — Oak Forest Elementary School in Vidor received a grant for $500 from ASRC Gulf States Constructors, a contractor to the Department of Energy. The funds have been applied to the student activity account and will go towards purchasing necklace charms for the campus-wide student incentive program. Students earn the charms as rewards for perfect attendance, good behavior/ citizenship, various academic milestones, and many other accomplishments.
