ROSE CITY —
Motorists traveling westbound on Interstate 10 could encounter some travel delays this Sunday night.
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has announced a lane closure on Interstate 10 starting at 9 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 13 and continuing until 5 a.m., Monday, Jan. 14 as crews work to remove a concrete barrier.
Crews will close one to two of the three westbound lanes at the Neches River Bridge in order to complete this task.
TxDOT encourages all motorists to plan accordingly as long delays could be encountered.
All work is done weather permitting and does not reflect emergency lane closures.
