VIDOR —
The Vidor High School CTE Criminal Justice Club hosted the regional Texas Public Safety Association (TPSA) competition recently as students from five area districts were invited to compete in different types of law enforcement events.
Categories included were Forensics, Criminal Incident, Hostage Negotiation, Traffic accident, First responder, Finger printing, Building search, Criminal case analysis, Foot pursuit, Criminal incident and Law enforcement hiring process.
The Vidor Criminal Justice club placed first or second in most events. The club advance to the state TPSA contest in Dallas, which was held March 1 - March 3. Sponsor is Mrs. Landry.
