ORANGE — A time-delayed photo shows the Lions Club Carnival’s Ferris Wheel, also known as the “Lee Roy,” in all its lighted glory. Saturday, Oct. 13, is the final day of the carnival. Hours are from 6:30 p.m. - 11 p.m., and admission is $1-$2 at the gate.
