High pressure over Orange County is breaking down and a more active weather pattern is setting up for next week.
Above normal temperatures, sometimes more than 10 degrees above normal, will continue for the next week. Lows mainly in the 50s, highs in the 70s across the region.
Patchy fog is expected each morning for the next 7 days.
Strong to severe thunderstorms are forecast for the Tuesday-Wednesday time frame.
One to two inches of rain are possible over the next 7 days after a week without rain for the area.
Saturday is expected to have a low of 57 and a high of 67 with a 20% chance if rain.
The possiblity of rain will continue Sunday with a high of 70 and a low of 55.
Monday will continue the trend with 20% chance of rain with low in the high 50s and the high to be 74.
Chance of rain increases to 50% on Tuesday.
