ORANGE — Haley Permenter, at left, and Kirsten Wolfford, both students at Orangefield High School, are the winners of the 108th Miriam Lutcher Stark Contest in Reading and Declamation. The contest was held Sunday afternoon inside the Lutcher Theater for the Performing Arts. Permenter and Wolfford each won a $5,000 scholarship.
