WEST ORANGE —
The 5:30 p.m. West Orange City Council meeting scheduled for Monday was postponed.
An e-mail from the City Secretary said it was due to circumstances beyond their control.
The meeting is rescheduled for 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8.
