ORANGE — Carrie Joiner Woliver (right), former Orange resident and author of the newly published ‘The Train Stopped in Orange’, was at the Orange Public Library at 220 5th Street on Saturday, signs a book for Kaylard LeBouef. Woliver said she spoke with many relatives of former classmates during the event.
