LAKE CHARLES —
Three men were arrested WEdnesday in Lake Charles for firing weapons in Two KIngs Trailer Park located at 1740 6th Ave.
The Lake Charles Police Department arrested three subjects for firing multiple caliber rifles on three separate occasions over a span of two days.
The men arrested are Corey James Anderson, 20, Lake Charles, La., Emmanuel Joseph Robert, 23, LaCompte, La. and Daniel Ellsworth, 22, Alexandria, La.
Through the course of the investigation, it was learned that Anderson intentionally fired his rifle into several trailers. One of the trailers hit multiple times was occupied by a family.
A female victim in this trailer was struck in the head with one of Anderson’s bullets.
Detectives removed nine firearms from the suspect’s possession.
All three suspects have extensive criminal histories.
Anderson is charged with Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property, Negligent Injuring, Illegal Use of Weapons and Dangerous Instrumentalities, and Illegal Carrying of Weapons.
Robert and Ellsworth are both charged with Illegal Use of Weapons and Dangerous Instrumentalities.
