ORANGE —
The West Orange–Cove Consolidated Independent School District will hold parent information meetings to introduce parents and guardians of West Orange-Cove CISD students to “Family Access,” a web portal which allows parents to view their child’s grades, attendance, and other school information on-line.
Two information meetings will be conducted Thursday, Oct. 25: 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Both sessions will be held in the Carl Godwin Auditorium, 2020 Western Ave.
The training is the same each session and is not a requirement for Family Access registration, but rather an opportunity for parents to learn more about the program and the information that is presented. Each session will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Identification will be required upon completion of Family Access forms. Parents who attended training sessions previously or already use Family Access are not required to attend or submit applications for new passwords for this school year.
Downloadable Family Access application forms, as well as training materials, are also available on the West Orange–Cove CISD website at www.woccisd.net.
