EVACUATION ORDER
The mandatory evacuation order has been lifted as of 6:00 AM, 9/20/08.
CURFEW HOURS
The curfew hours remain the same. Midnight to 6:00 AM for Orange County and incorporated Cities; Bridge City 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Businesses are reminded to observe the curfew so as to allow customers to be able to adhere to the curfew hours. Employees going to and from work are exempt from the curfew.
BLUE ROOFS
Registration for the Blue Roof program, a free program to have damaged roofs covered with a blue tarp by Corps of Engineers contractors, is available at Bridge City High School and 195 West Bolivar Street, Vidor;
FEEDING LOCATIONS: Red Cross is serving hot meals at Old First Baptist Church & VFW on N. Hwy 87 - Red Cross Supplies available at Richard's (Old Luby's parking lot) & Red Cross Chapter IH-10 Orange. Catholic Charities @ St. Helen's Catholic Church 8105 Hwy 1442;

WATER
The "Boil Water" notice remains in effect for Water Necessities Incorporated; Aqua Texas; City of Bridge City; North Orange Water & Sewer.
GENERATOR SAFETY
Please observe safe operations of generators. Keep the generator away from the building to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning and let the generator cool before refueling.
