Orange County distribution centers are set up
The Orange County area Salvation Army and Red Cross teams have been busy taking care of citizens and have several distribution centers set up across the area.
Lines have been quite large in most areas but according to local officials, everyone has been cooperative and patient as many people across the county have made a return home.
The following locations have been set up across the area for people searching for necessities:

The Pod At Conn's Has Moved. The Two Pods For Orange Are Located At:
1. Bridge City Intermediate School - 1029 W. Roundbunch, Texas, 77611
2. Oak Forest Elem. School 2400 Highway 12, Vidor
*Red Cross: three locations for Orange- water and limited supplies
1. Bridge City Wal Mart
2. Rose City Hall

*Salvation Army: three locations

2. First Baptist Church, Bridge City
3. First Methodist Church, South Vidor Courtland Street
*H-E-B is giving customers the option to donate money to its campaign to help Hurricane Ike victims.
Customers can add $1, $3, or $5 to their total grocery bill, and H-E-B will distribute that money to disaster relief agencies that help Texas evacuees in need.
H-E-B will route all donations directly to disaster relief agencies that can efficiently distribute the donations to areas where they are needed most.
