Food, gas available in Vinton
The Longhorn Truck and Car Plaza - Exit 4 off I-10 four miles from the Texas border is open with gasoline, diesel, food supplies, ice, water., etc. The Longhorns "Hard Country Cafe" restaurant is open with fresh hot homemade food selections and the entire store and restaurant are air conditioned.

Mobiloil FCU to open Monday
Mobiloil Federal Credit Union branches at 1810 N Major Dr. and 465 East Gisbon St.will be open starting at 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 15. Both of these branches will be operational for most services.
