Rising country music star Brantley Gilbert is headed to Southeast Texas this fall.
Georgia-native Brantley Gilbert will perform Saturday, Nov. 17, at Ford Arena in Beaumont. Tickets are $22 - $37 and go on sale at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 13, at all Ticketmaster outlets, including the Ford Park box office, HEB on Dowlen Road, the Beaumont Civic Center, Lake Charles Civic Center, online at www.ticketmaster.com and charge by phone at 800-745-3000.
Gilbert is still touring in support of his sophomore CD, “Halfway to Heaven,” which was released in March 2010 and reached No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Album Chart and No. 2 on the iTunes Country Albums chart. The popular record also features the No. 1 singles “Country Music Be Country Wide” and “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do.”
As popular as Gilbert has become through his own music, he has become a very successful songwriter having penned songs such as “My Kinda Party,” “Dirt Road Anthem” and “The Best of Me,” which were recorded by Jason Aldean.
Special guest act is Uncle Kracker, who was once a member of Kid Rock’s Twisted Brown Trucker band. Opening the show are Greg Bates and Brian Davis.
