Ford Park announces another rock show
BEAUMONT — Ford Park continues its busy fall season with the announcement of yet another event.
Ford Park has announced Hinder will return to Beaumont to perform a concert at 7 p.m., Nov. 23, inside the Ford Exhibit Hall. This general admission concert will surely be packed full of energy and attitude.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m., Saturday at all Ticketmaster outlets, including FYE in Central Mall in Port Arthur, HEB on Dowlen Road in Beaumont, online at www.Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone at 800-745-3000.
Hinder first appeared in Beaumont as part of Dog Jam ’06 while touring in support of its triple platinum debut album, “Extreme Behavior,” which featured the mega-hit, “Lips of An Angel.”
The band is currently touring in support of its sophomore disc, “Take It to The Limit,” which debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. The group has toured most of 2009 as main support for bands such as Motley Crue and Nickelback.
Also appearing will be The Veer Union, which is touring behind its debut album “Against the Grain.” The band’s first single, “Seasons,” recently reached the number 10 position on Billboard’s Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks.
Also performing will be the Texas-based rock act, Faktion, which is no stranger to Southeast Texas music fans as the group has performed several times at the now defunct Scout Bar.
Seating is limited so people are encouraged to obtain tickets early for this special Thanksgiving week concert.
