Comedian Mike Epps has included Southeast Texas as part of his comedy tour in 2013.
Mike Epps will perform at 7 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 24, at the Beaumont Civic Center. Tickets are $39.50 - $45.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 30, at all Ticketmaster outlets, including the Beaumont Civic Center box office, Lake Charles Civic Center, H-E-B on Dowlen Road in Beaumont. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000.
Epps is also a well-known actor most famous for his roles as Day-Day Jones in the movies “Next Friday” and “Friday After Next.” He also appeared in “The Hangover” as Black Doug.
Epps, 42, began his comedy career in Atlanta at the Comedy Act Theater before later moving to Brooklyn, New York to star in Def Comedy Jam in 1995.
