Orange---Mr. Mark Standridge of Orange and Judge and Mrs. Joe Parkhurst of Little Cypress announce the engagement of their daughter, Jill Standridge, to Ryan Morris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carlo Morris of Little Cypress. The bride-elect and prospective bridegroom are graduates of Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School. Jill graduated from Texas State University and is a teacher for Orangefield ISD. Ryan recently returned from military service in Iraq. The wedding will be Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, in the atrium of the Walden Road Holiday Inn in Beaumont. A reception will follow in the hotel’s ballroom.
