ORANGE — Dozens of wonderfully designed scarecrows, such as “Otis the Owl,” are on display until Saturday, Nov. 10 at Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center in Orange. Guests may view and vote for their favorite scarecrows as well. Visit www.shangrilagardens for hours and days of operation.
