Vidor resident Curtis Allen Garrison was charged with capital murder in the shooting death of husband and wife, Aaron and Summer Conn, on Friday in north Vidor. The shooting occurred at the end of Woodside Drive, where Garrison’s residence is secured with crime scene tape.
