Orange County Commissioners Court accepted a $60,000 check from DuPont Sabine River Works representative Bobby Laughlin. The funds are for the matching funds the county needs for a $500,000 Port Security Grant for technology needs at the Emergency Operations Center currently under construction on FM 1442.
